• Only current members are allowed access to the content that membership provides.
• You are not to distribute any content or allow access to any features to someone that is not a member.
• If your membership is canceled, all neighborhood content (photos and videos), social media templates, neighborhood websites, and all other membership features are not to be used moving forward.
• If you are using any content, all neighborhood content (photos and videos), social media templates, neighborhood websites, and all other membership features, on your / a website, your membership must be active. If your membership is canceled all features downloaded must be removed from that website.

We at Blue Skye Media (SkyeVue) recognize and respect intellectual property rights and are committed to fulfilling our moral and legal obligations with respect to our use of work. All neighborhood content, social media templates, social media posts, and other content on SkyeVue  is the property of Blue Skye Media and is available for current members’ usage only.

Usage Regarding Copyright

As a matter of moral integrity, SkyeVue and Blue Skye Media sets forth these policies for all current and past members:

1. Blue Skye Media (SkyeVue) owns all rights to all of the neighborhood content (photos and videos), social media templates, neighborhood websites, and all other membership features including photos, video, and flyers and this content is available for current “Social” members’ usage only.
2. All members must retain their “Social” membership to continue their use of neighborhood content (photos and videos), social media templates, neighborhood websites, and all other membership features, as assigned given their membership.
3. If membership is canceled or the member downgrades to a membership where those features and content are not available all previously downloaded neighborhood content (photos and videos), social media templates, neighborhood websites, and all other membership features are restricted from any future use.
4. All neighborhood content (photos and videos), social media templates, neighborhood websites, and all other membership features are restricted from any sharing among non- members and are not allowed for resale or re-distribution.
5. All neighborhood content (photos and videos), social media templates, neighborhood websites, and all other membership features must be used positively and should not be altered, edited, or tarnished in any way unless otherwise stated.
6. Any neighborhood content (photos and videos), social media templates, neighborhood websites, and all other membership features that is used wrongfully or without a “Social” membership from an individual is subject to potential legal and confrontational action from Blue Skye Media (SkyeVue).

Handling Copyright Infringement

Blue Skye Media (SkyeVue) expects its members and previous members to be responsible consumers of property owned byBlue Skye Media (SkyeVue). We also encourage members and previous members to educate their peers on SkyeVue’ copyright agreement and policy. If any member or previous member witnesses a potential copyright infringement, please bring the matter to the attention of the individual as well as to SkyeVue. Members and previous members who illegally duplicate, wrongfully use, exploit, and or share any work or features mentioned in this policy may be subject to potential legal and confrontational action from SkyeVue.
